How do I get trash service for my business, home or upcoming event?

What cannot be placed in totes or dumpsters?

We cannot accept liquid hazardous waste (oil, paint, et al.), batteries, concrete, dirt, rocks, and/or electronic waste.

Can animal waste be placed in residential totes?

Yes, but please ensure any animal waste is double bagged and tied off.

What holidays are observed by wolf waste?

The office closed and no service will be available on:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Will holidays change the trash pickup schedule?

Typically, we delay service by one day if your trash pickup day falls on or after the holiday. Please check our website, social media channels, and your email for any delay information related to holidays.

How does inclement weather impact the trash pickup schedule?

Bad weather can sometimes disrupt our trash pickup schedule for safety reasons. We’ll always do our best to notify you of any changes, delays, and reschedule pickups as soon as weather conditions improve. Please check our website, social media channels, and your email for the latest information.

Is emergency waste removal available?

What do I do if my tote or dumpster is damaged?

If your tote is damaged, please call our office at (970) 483-5299 for a replacement.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes! Please visit Trash Billing to remit payment. You will need your customer ID found on your statement.

What size totes and dumpsters are available?

All container sizes are measured in cubic volume. We offer 96-gallon wheeled plastic totes for urban residents and 2- or 3-yard metal containers for rural residents. 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-yard metal containers are available for our commercial business customers. 12-, 20-, 30-, and 40-yard roll off dumpster containers are available for construction waste.

How are the roll off dumpsters priced and what is included?

All dumpster rentals are individually priced by container size. The price includes delivery, removal, and disposal. Please fill out the contact form or call our office at (970) 483-5299 for a quote.

What is the turnaround delivery time for a roll off dumpster?

Typically, when you place your order for a roll off dumpster rental, you can expect it to be delivered within 3 business days or less. Please call our office at (970) 483-5299 or fill out the contact form to request your roll off dumpster.

Can you help with eviction or basement or attic cleanouts?

While we do not handle cleanout directly, we can provide the waste containers. We will deliver the dumpster to your location and schedule a pickup with you when the eviction, basement and/or attic cleanout is complete.

Do you pickup and dispose of large or special items?

Please call our office at (970) 483-5299 at least three days in advance to schedule special and/or large item pickups including furniture and appliances.

 Do you dispose of hot tubs or sheds?

While we do not physically move hot tubs or sheds, if they are placed into a roll off dumpster, we can pick them up and dispose of them. Please call our office at (970) 483-5299 or fill out the contact form to request your roll off dumpster.

Do you pickup Christmas Trees?

Yes, we do pickup Christmas trees curbside for a small additional fee. Please place them into or beside your bin. There is no need to schedule a special pickup for Christmas trees.
